Cuffs are made from plate strips. They can be butt vulcanized up to a height of 1000 mm and from a wall thickness of 2 mm. Smaller wall thicknesses or heights greater than 1000 mm are vulcanized with an overlap over a width of approx. 20 mm. For applications with increased stress on the vulcanization point, there is the option of an additional seal.
